Hi, I'm Weston, and I look forward to meeting you. Life has its tough spots, and sometimes we need a sounding board or words of encouragement to sort it all out. I provide mental health counseling for children, teens, and adults, and am looking forward to seeing if I'm the right counselor for you. I am a husband, a father of three wonderful children, and proud to call myself a New Englander. I can relate to parenting issues, being overwhelmed, depressed, marriage dynamics, and struggles with faith.
When I am not spending time with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, biking, running, reading, and doing projects on my home. I enjoy reading about the rich history of homes in New England, and have developed an interest in the restoration process of these old homes.
My wife and I spent several years living in Rhode Island, and while there, I earned my Masters Degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. After becoming licensed in Rhode Island, I began my private practice in Greenville in 2015. We eventually moved to New Hampshire to build a hobby farm, and opened a second practice location in Pittsfield. I plan to continue to grow Hope Counseling Services into a multidisciplinary practice that meets the needs of the surrounding areas.

Types of Counseling
Our offices have a comfortable atmosphere, and our sessions will consist of focusing on the topics you'd like to address. We provide Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), and Solution Focused therapies. For children struggling with AD/HD, behavioral, or mood issues we work with not only the child, but incorporate the parents in the process as well.
We will work with you to focus on what it is you're facing, and won't simply smile and nod, or pry for details from your childhood. We start with the here and now and get you the solutions you're looking for.
