We bill the insurances listed above, and we have providers who are in-network with the above plans. Each individual’s insurance coverage varies greatly. Some will have a $10 copay for services, other folks may have to pay our fully contracted rate for a specific insurance company until your deductible is met.

 

FAQs

 

What if I don’t see my insurance listed?

Feel free to go ahead and contact us anyway. Sometimes insurance is carve out to different sub plans and there is a possibility we could take your insurance. In other instances, we can work out what it's called a single case agreement with your specific insurance company. 

Also, if your insurance is not listed we can still look into what your insurance benefits are and figure out if you have an out-of-network benefit. in that case, you would pay us directly for your services, and then we would provide you with what is called a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance company and get reimbursed for a percentage of the cost of services.

Will my insurance cover telehealth visits?

Most commercial insurances do cover telehealth visits, but coverage can vary by insurance carrier. We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier prior to scheduling a telehealth visit, to inquire if telehealth is indeed a covered benefit for your plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You are able to pay by credit card, debit card, HSA or FSA card, or check.

We have a HIPAA compliant system that securely stores your card information and your co-pay or co-insurance will be collected at each visit.

Why do I have to provide my credit card information before my visit?

It is part of our policy to collect credit card (or Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts card) information prior to your appointment so that we can simplify the payment process upon completion of your appointment, especially in the case of a Telehealth appointment where the traditional “check-out” process doesn’t occur. We also accept payment by check at the time of service if preferred. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.
